‘Let’s Read, Let’s Move Philadelphia’ Encourages Organizations to Plan Summer Youth Activities
Philadelphia is among 21 cities nationwide selected to receive a Cities of Service Leadership Grant to coordinate service opportunities for young people this summer, including activities to address high school dropout and childhood obesity rates. Organizations are encouraged to host opportunities that engage young people in reading, exercise and healthy eating.
