Advisory Council

The advisory council provides the Board of Directors with informed and regular counsel; advises on PCA's development and administration; acts as an advocate for older persons; reviews and signs off on the PCA four-year Area plan and annual budget; and reviews and comments on PCA programs and activities throughout the year.
