Senior Chai
Senior Chai is a collaborative project managed by Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Philadelphia in collaboration with the Jewish Community Centers Klein Branch, Jewish Employment and Vocational Services, and Federation Housing. Funded through a generous grant from the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia.
The program connects older adults to information and referral services, recreational and social programs, volunteer opportunities, counseling, in-home assessments, home care and chore services. It also sponsors support groups and intergenerational activities; provides assistance with transportation, minor home repairs and modifications, and offers help with shopping and financial management.
