Dom Care Consumer Eligibility
Dom Care consumers must be 18 or older with a level of disability that prevents them from living alone, yet does not require nursing home care. Most residents are either physically disabled; have a mental illness or developmental disability; or are frail elderly. Consumers interested in participating in the Dom Care program must have an assessment completed by PCA’s Long Term Care Access Department.
